Core hosting
Based here. Specific about it.
MareCraftAI is owned and operated from London, Ontario. Our core database is hosted in Canada and our automation server is in Toronto. That does not mean every third-party service processes or retains data only in Canada.
Messaging, voice, model processing and connected calendars have their own data flows and retention settings. We review the providers involved in your selected services during onboarding.
Provider visibility

| Email delivery | The configured email provider receives the address and message. The current default uses US processing. |

Separate business records
Tenant-level database controls separate businesses. Public website knowledge and internal staff material are managed with different visibility.
Approved knowledge
We configure answers from the material you approve. Your own hours, services and policies guide the assistant, with a human handoff for exceptions.
Contact preferences
Contact eligibility, message identification and opt-out handling are part of the workflow configuration and pre-launch checks. The agreed channels and purposes are documented.

If your business has professional confidentiality obligations, we review the data flow, provider agreements and retention requirements with you before approving the scope. We do not represent every configuration as suitable for regulated or highly sensitive information.
A stricter configuration may require a specific provider agreement. Availability is assessed case by case; it is not a blanket zero-retention promise.
